The company’s direction and technical expertise were shaped by Mr. Parveen Malhotra, who completed specialized garment training in Japan in 1980. His ability to speak Japanese fluently played a key role in establishing long-standing relationships with buyers and positioned Palms Exports as a trusted and quality-oriented supplier.
With decades of experience, streamlined in-house production, and a strong emphasis on precision and consistency, we currently manufacture approximately 2,000 garments per day, ensuring dependable quality and timely delivery for clients worldwide.

Equipped with factory units in New Delhi, along with 100+ employees who are supported by the most efficient machinery- we are able to take responsibility of producing your required products in-house. Separate departments for all our operations ensure timely pre planning to fulfil all future objectives. A non-exhaustive list of our departments include; fabric inspection, pattern making, fabric cutting, sewing, quality checking, pressing and packing, and more.
We have on-site, qualified laboratories as specifications and regulations are standards that we take seriously. We make sure to remeasure garment dimensions, and check if all accessories like closures, buttons, zippers function correctly. We further verify if packaging and labelling of all garments are proper. We give major importance to quality standards, and so test fabrics for their conformance towards them. Finally, we make reports on any quality defects and their severity, to limit product returns for our clients.
The first step of making a garment is finalizing its measurements. Connecting design and production is a complex task that our Pattern Maker ensures is completed with detailed precision.
Before we start mass production, the garment size is measured as per the pattern, and quality is checked until we procure the desired output based on the information provided by the buyer.
Once the fabric is received, we inspect and test it piece by piece to assess its shade, weight, defect rate and overall appearance. In addition, we ensure all labels include the required information like fabric content/care and barcodes in the appropriate structure.
Our technicians are assisted by outsourced designers who use a Computer Aided Design (CAD) system to shorten the lengthy process of manually marking the layout of your designs. The fabrics are further cut in-house with a straight knife cutting machine to acquire quick results.
Our sewing workers have been with us for over 10 years and are equipped with the finest sewing machines. They are quick, and have the aptitude to demonstrate a number of traditional stitching techniques.
The garments enter the finishing stage once all steps including attachment of accessories like buttons are concluded. This step includes perfecting the appearance of each piece by extracting extra strands of thread, steam ironing them, and taking care of any minor alterations. Finally, they are folded, assorted, and packed when ready to be shipped.
